New York for me. I was listening to it just the other day. Some timeless classics superbly tied together. I've played this music in the background of dinner parties as well as after club moments and it has always gone down well.
Oslo is pretty good too though. Some amazing trance and excellent DnB.
Can't fault either album but New York is best imo.
I think that Oslo & New York were the only official GU releases of Oakie. There were one or two Global Underground's put out on cassette in the early days (like GU 96'- Paul Oakenfold). Unless you were around when mix cassette were sold únder-the-counter' at raves - you'd probally never see one again.
