    Some premininary dates for Paul's UK tour (subject to change and more may be announced)...

    19 Dec 2009, CARDIFF

    Hi Gaz, got my pass for Birmingham and thinking I'll make it for the London gig (guess this will be MOS maybe???). Don't forget Andy is playing on the 18th at Ministry aswell :-)

    So we now have confirmation of additional dates + venues:

    Dec 05 2009 - Birmingham - Gatecrasher
    Dec 07 2009 - Brighton - Tru
    Dec 08 2009 - Southampton - Oceana
    Dec 11 2009 - London - Ministry of Sound
    Dec 12 2009 - Nottingham - Gatecrasher
    Dec 17 2009 - Glasgow - O2 ABC
    Dec 19 2009 - Cardiff - Liquid

    One of the mods mentioned that there was 9 dates in all scheduled.

    Any word on the locations of the missing 2 dates???

    please try to fit an irish date in the last two dates,its been 3 years since paul played in dublin,were long over due a visit especially since he is touring the uk.

    Hi hoopy, unfortunatly I think it's already been said that Paul is unlikely to be in Ireland this year :-(

    Even being in England, I've realised that you have to take the opportunity to see Paul whilst he's over because you never know how long it will be till he's back :-)

    i think your right mate,i think i might try to get over to the gatecrasher or mos gig,never been to either club but have heard good things about both.

    Thats the official tour dates. Regarding support. Nat Monday will more than likely be doing all Northern shows & Adam White the Southern shows.

    which club do you think is better to see oakie in, crasher or ministry,never been to either and since i will be only able to make the one trip from dublin and feedback would be really appriciated.

    I've never been to Gtecrasher Birminingham - as it's a new venue, will be my first time when Paul plays on the 5th :-)

    Between Gatecrasher Nottingham and Ministry - well that's a hard one which I would find difficult to call.

    I'd say that the better venue certainly was GCN (more lavish decor, a better layout, much better stage and visuals - infact Ministry has no visuals at all!). However I would alway say the more eductated crowd is found at Ministry - when I was at GCN I got talking to this one guy whilst Oakenfold was playing and mentioned that Paul was playing a good set. This guy was like - "Oakenwho"? May have had something to do with the fact that it was fresher week but still it's a crime going to a club and not appreciating Paul's music!

    Here’s an idea since you're making the initial journey from Dublin - why not come over on the 11th for Ministry and then make the trip up to Nottingham for the gig on the 12th to have an Oakie marathon :-)

    i like the sound of an oakie marathon but i dont think my credit union will be to happy,cant believe someone was in the crowd and didnt know the legend was playing.think il make the trip to gatecrasher as you said it might be a while be for paul is back.thanks for the advice and hope to see you at crasher.

    yep - planning on making it to both the crasher gigs so will see ya there :-)
